MTCC Delightfully Announces the Full Completion of the Harbor Project in N. Henbadhoo
Maldives Transport and Contracting Company Plc (MTCC) is the proud leading marine and land transport provider in addition to being the leading civil and marine constructor in the Maldives.
Via twitter, they have announced the full completion of their project; Design and Build of Harbor in Henbadhoo in Noonu Atoll. This construction project was awarded to the them by the Ministry of National Planning and Infrastructure on 23rd June 2019. The project was mobilized on 24th September 2019 and is valued at MVR 30.3 Million.
Work under the project comprised of dredging and reclamation of 44,615 cubic meters of land, the construction of a quay wall of 203 meters, construction of a breakwater of 259 meters, installation of a revetment of 170 meters, installation of groynes of 25 meters, installation of a 203 meter rock apron and the 1,015 square meter paved area.
Currently, MTCC is simultaneously involved in various marine and civil construction projects in all corners of the nation. In addition to this, the Company was contracted for 10 additional projects by the Ministry of National Planning and Infrastructure on 10
