Spinach and Bresaola Salad by Euro Store

Ingredients 
30g Baby Spinach  
30g  Mix Lettuce  
30g OROGEL Whole Baby Carrot  
20g OROGEL Roasted Bell Pepper  
30g  SIMONINI Beef Bresaola 
5g Walnuts 
10g Avocado 

Dressing 
5g RAGNONI Parmesan Cheese (Grano Padano Tipo A) 
1g LANGNESE Golden Clear Honey 
10ml Balsamic Vinegar 
15ml Olive Oil 
2g Mustard 
 
Preparation Time 
10 minutes

How to make 

  1. Slice and dice OROGEL Whole Baby Carrot, OROGEL Roasted Bell Pepper and walnuts into desired size. 
  2. Take a bowl and mix in the ingredients.  
  3. Shred pieces of SIMONINI Beef Bresaola, Baby Spinach and Mix Lettuce into the mixture. 
  4. In a separate bowl, prepare the dressing. Whip together LANGNESE Golden Clear Honey, Balsamic Vinegar, and Olive Oil.  
  5. Pour the dressing into the mixture bowl and mix softly with your hands.  
  6. Plate the mixture in a separate bowl and garnish with grated slices of RAGNONI Parmesan Cheese (Grano Padano Tipo A), Mustard and slices of Avocado. 
  7. This salad is best served fresh. Enjoy!
