Bank of Maldives Plc (BML) actively works towards including the geographically separated islands of Maldives into one banking network. As part of this strategy, the Bank has introduced Self-Service Banking ATMs at Muli in Meemu Atoll.
The newly installed ATMs will be accessible for its customers on a 24/7 basis. BML reports that ATM will be equipped with the most updated security features ensuring safe and secure transactions for all customers. Individuals and businesses registered with the bank can fulfill their needs of cash withdrawals, cash and cheque deposits and cash transfers through this ATM – effectively eliminating the need to visit a Bank’s branch for these services.
In the course of last year, the Bank has established new self-service banking ATM centers across 10 islands in addition to upgrading ATMs with self-service banking facilities at 5 islands.
As the largest local bank in the country, BML boasts of a nationwide network of 35 branches across all 20 atolls, 67 Self Service Banking Centers, 128 ATMs, over 200 agents and a full suite of Digital Banking services.
