Here is Everything You Need to Know About Arutha - Graduate Trainee Program by Pension Office

Pension Office has announced the launch of their graduate training program ‘Arutha’. Aimed at providing a career-launching opportunity to youth of the Maldives, the program is designed specifically to build the skill set of graduates in the highly esteemed setting of the Pension Office.  

Participants of the program will be offered work experience in a real work environment to horn their academic knowledge and skills under the guidance and support of some of the best professional mentors in the industry. This combination of formal mentorship and practical experience ensures that candidates learn, grow and develop professionalism during the span of the course.  

The program is open for work in one of the following three areas of interest: 
Investment Management for a prospective career in finance and investment management  Information Communication Technology training with the country’s first-ever team managing a 100% cloud-based IT infrastructure  Pension Administration with the scope of broadening knowledge and gaining essential skills required for a solid career.  Undergraduates and postgraduates who have recently completed their degree with a strong academic background can apply for Arutha via job announcements on Pension Office website and the official Facebook or Twitter handle of the organization.  

Upon successful completion of the program, candidates who show promising personal development and master their ability to thrive in a collaborative environment will be offered a prospect to work at MPAO.
