Twelve Plots Of Land At Kelaa In Haa Alifu Atoll To Be Leased For Tourism Purposes

The Secretariat of Haa Alifu Atoll Kelaa Council – representing the Government of Maldives – has made an announcement today regarding Invitation for Bids for the Lease, Development and Operation of Tourist Hotel and Guesthouses at the Tourism Zone in Haa Alifu Kelaa. Accordingly, the Council welcomes interested parties with the required financial and technical expertise to participate in this bid and submit the proposals on 25th March at 1300 hours.

A total of 2 city hotel and 12 guesthouses are to be developed in plots of land measuring 10,000 and 5,000 feet.

For interested parties, the Council will be holding a virtual information session on 11th March at 1300 hours.

Kelaa in Haa Alifu Atoll is located at the north of the Maldives and is situated 400km west of Trivandrum the capital city of Indian state of Kerala.
