A Tourist Hotel To Be Established In The Island Of Manadhoo In Noonu Atoll

On behalf of the Government of Maldives, the Ministry of Tourism is on a search for eligible investors – foreign or local – interested in the lease, development, operation and management of a tourist hotel in Manadhoo in Noonu Atoll. In this regard, they have made an announcement requesting interested parties to submit their interest to develop a plot of 132,000 square feet of land in the aforesaid island as a tourist hotel.

An information session regarding the matter will be held virtually via ZOOM at 1pm on 18^th February 2021. To join this session, you can send an email to planning@tourism.gov.mv detailing your name, email address and phone number prior to 2pm on 17^th February 2021.

An application form to purchase the Bid Document is already available on the Ministry’s website. The Bid Document will be made available for purchase from 8^th February 2021 to 10^th March 2021 from the Ministry’s reception, on all days except government holidays from 9am to 1pm.

The deadline for submission of proposals is set to 10am on 14^th March 2021.
