Maldivian, the national airline of the Maldives, will operate its inaugural flight to Shenzhen, China, tonight. The outbound flight departs from Male’, with the return trip scheduled for Wednesday.
These flights will run weekly until August 21 as part of the seasonal schedule.
The new route responds to growing demand from Shenzhen and will be served by Maldivian’s A320 aircraft. This addition expands Maldivian’s presence in China, where it already flies to Chengdu, Beijing, and Shanghai using its wide-body A330 plane.
With a fleet of 25 aircraft, Maldivian currently connects the Maldives to 29 destinations, steadily growing its network to meet passenger needs.
