A New Identity: MWSC Unveils Their New Enhanced Logo

Established on the 1st of April 1995, Male’ Water and Sewerage Company (MWSC) is the pioneer organization in the Maldives to institute a water production and wastewater management system. As they are set to celebrate their 25th Anniversary this April, much ahead of time, the company has unveiled a new logo.

A ceremony was held today at the Fen Building to release the logo which was done so by the Chairperson of the company, Mr. Ahmed Mausoom and the Managing Director of the company, Mr. Hassan shah. As the polished new logo retained the general identity held by MWSC for the past 25 years, the colours of the new design is given a vibrant tone, better reflecting on the vigorous growth of the company.

Presently, MWSC serves approximately more than 50% of the Maldivian population with potable water and manage wastewater sustainably. They have come to become a multi-disciplinary engineering and manufacturing organization, as a visionary providing engineering solutions for integrated utilities and as a manufacturer of its own range of products.

At a separate function held at the President’s Office today, President Ibrahim Mohamed also officially launched ‘MWSC Rihi 25’, a book based on the history of the company.
