Satlink, a leading internet provider in the Maldives, has introduced a new mobile app to improve customer service and simplify account management.
The app gives users access to features such as bill payment, data usage tracking, booster upgrades, and direct technical support. It also allows customers to file complaints and request help around the clock.
A company official said the goal is to give users more control and faster access to support. “We launched this app to enhance customer service and make it easier for users to manage their accounts and access support quickly,” the official stated.
Available on both Android and iOS, the app supports Satlink’s prepaid internet service, which is known for offering high speeds at affordable prices.
Currently, Satlink serves 84 islands across every Maldivian atoll except Laamu. The company is working to expand to Laamu and is upgrading its networks to fibre for better performance.
Customers can also apply for services through Satlink’s website. Founded in 2009, Satlink continues to focus on reaching more areas while maintaining strong local support through technicians stationed on every serviced island.Satlink, a leading internet provider in the Maldives, has introduced a new mobile app to improve customer service and simplify account management.
