Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has launched the 2025 edition of its Apprenticeship Program, continuing its commitment to youth development through corporate social responsibility.
Targeting Maldivians aged 18 to 35, the six-month program offers practical training in four key technical fields: road vehicle repair, marine engine repair, refrigeration, and air conditioning mechanics.
Participants will receive a Level III certificate and a monthly stipend of MVR 6,000.
HDC stated the program is aimed at helping young people gain job-ready skills and experience for careers in technical sectors.
Now in its eighth year, the program will begin on June 22 and will take in 25 apprentices for this cycle.
