MIB Launches 'faisawear' Tag for Easy Payments

Maldives Islamic Bank (MIB) has introduced the 'faisawear' tag, allowing customers to make secure, contactless payments with just a tap. This tag can be easily attached to phones, wallets, or keychains, and used for transactions at POS machines. A similar innovation, the 'faisawear' ring, was launched in November 2024 and was widely praised. MIB has plans to release new designs of the ring soon. The bank also announced that it’s working on even more advanced, innovative services to enhance customer experience and convenience in the future.
