Ooredoo Maldives to Launch eSIM-Enabled Samsung Smartwatches

Ooredoo Maldives is set to transform wearable technology with the launch of Samsung’s eSIM-enabled smartwatches. This marks a historic moment as the Maldives' first-ever eSIM wearable service, allowing users to stay connected directly from their smartwatch without the need for a phone nearby.

The innovative eSIM functionality offers users the ability to make calls, send messages, stream music, and access apps directly from their Samsung smartwatch. This seamless connectivity ensures a level of freedom and convenience for those on the go, making it easier to stay in touch and manage daily tasks.

The eSIM service will soon be available for Ooredoo customers, allowing them to activate their smartwatches with their existing mobile number. Full details on supported devices and activation instructions will be announced shortly.
