FDC Announces Commercial Leasing Opportunities in Hulhumale' Phase 2

Fahi Dhiriulhun Corporation (FDC) has revealed that five commercial spaces in the towers they are developing in Hulhumale' Phase 2 are now available for lease. This marks the first time that these newly built commercial flats, part of a 4000-flat project, are being offered for rent.
As part of a wider initiative to provide essential services to the anticipated 30,000 residents, these spaces will support small and medium enterprises. The spaces are intended for retail shops and grocery stores, aligning with FDC’s vision to enhance community life by offering close-by services for residents.

The available commercial spaces include:

• A 610 sqft unit in Amaan Udhares 13
• A 599 sqft unit in Amaan Udhares 13
• A 1,896 sqft and a 161 sqft space in Amaan Udhares 14
• A 6,788 sqft unit in Amaan Udhares 14
• A 1,896 sqft and a 161 sqft unit in Amaan Udhares 16

Interested parties are encouraged to submit their proposals by February 18. Priority for leasing will be given to new startups. All commercial spaces are located on the ground and first floors of the flats, designed specifically to meet the needs of the residents.
