Ooredoo Updates Terms for m-Faisaa Service

Ooredoo Maldives has announced an update to the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) of its m-Faisaa service. Customers who do not agree with the new terms must opt out by 15th December 2024. If no action is taken by this deadline, the updated T&Cs will be automatically accepted.

To opt out, customers need to follow these steps:

1. Log in to the m-Faisaa wallet.
2. Go to "My Account" and select "Manage Profile."
3. Click "Remove Account" and confirm.

Before removing the account, ensure the wallet balance is zero.
