Ooredoo Maldives has announced an update to the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) of its m-Faisaa service. Customers who do not agree with the new terms must opt out by 15th December 2024. If no action is taken by this deadline, the updated T&Cs will be automatically accepted.
To opt out, customers need to follow these steps:
