Villa College Announces 16 Scholarships Across 8 Categories for 2024

Villa College has opened applications for 16 new scholarships across eight distinct categories, offering exciting opportunities for Maldivian and international students looking to further their education. The scholarship categories include:

  • Villa College Open Scholarship: Two scholarships for master's programmes, awarded based on academic performance.


    • Villa College/Villa International High School Scholarship: Two scholarships for A-level students from Villa International High School who wish to pursue a degree at Villa College.


      • Villa College Alumni Scholarship: Two scholarships for Villa College graduates who want to further their education with a master's degree.


        • Scholarship for Individuals with Determination: Two scholarships for individuals with disabilities, awarded based on academic commitment and achievements. Eligibility requires registration on the National Disability Register or certification by a licensed medical professional.


          • STEM and Healthcare Equity Scholarship: Two scholarships aimed at promoting gender diversity in nursing, engineering, and computer science. The scholarships are awarded based on academic performance, with priority given to underrepresented genders in these fields.


            • Scholarship for Underprivileged Students: Two scholarships for students facing financial hardship. These awards are based on financial need and academic merit.


              • International Student Category: Two scholarships available for international students. Applicants must submit an offer letter from Villa College along with other required documents.
