Dhiraagu Opens Applications for 2025 Apprenticeship Programme

Dhiraagu has officially opened applications for its 2025 Apprenticeship Programme, an initiative aimed at providing valuable work experience and training to young Maldivians. As the first corporate apprenticeship programme of its kind in the Maldives, it continues to be a flagship project for the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts.

The programme offers participants a structured training experience in a range of fields, including Administration, Marketing, Sales, Procurement, Corporate Services, Finance, Human Resources, and Technology. Apprentices will have the opportunity to earn while they learn, gaining hands-on experience in the corporate world.

The programme is open to Maldivian nationals between the ages of 18 and 30, who have completed their A’ Levels and are not currently employed full-time. Applications are open for positions at Dhiraagu’s Head Office in Male’ and its operational centres across the Maldives, including Fuvahmulah City, Kulhudhuffushi City, Addu City, Baa Atoll, and Ari Atoll.

In addition to on-the-job training, apprentices will benefit from in-house soft skills workshops, focusing on areas like time management, project planning, and presentation skills. Since its launch in 2009, the Dhiraagu Apprenticeship Programme has helped 268 apprentices build successful careers, both within Dhiraagu and other organizations.
