Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) recently hosted its annual Supervisors' Forum, bringing together 107 site supervisors for a valuable training experience. The forum provided insights into key areas such as project management, leadership, and teamwork.
During the closing ceremony, a participant shared valuable lessons, stating, “We have learned who a leader is, the qualities a leader should have and what to do to become a leader.” The event also featured practical training and encouraged supervisors to exchange ideas and best practices.
MTCC Managing Director Ahmed Saudhi addressed the participants, urging them to apply the lessons from the forum in their daily roles while focusing on quality assurance. He emphasized the importance of completing ongoing development projects efficiently and preparing for upcoming private ventures, highlighting the need for reliability as a quality service provider.
Sessions were conducted by various division heads at MTCC, covering important topics like time management, prompt project completion, cost reduction, and quality improvement. Organized by the HR department, this annual forum took place over the weekend, reinforcing MTCC’s commitment to professional growth and excellence in service delivery.
