Hulhumale’ is the reimagination of lifestyle in the Greater Male’ region being developed as a promising project in the Maldives. With ever-growing demand for everyday necessities in Phase 2 now under construction, Housing Development Corporation has announced for submission of proposals to develop and operate 2 patrol sheds in the area.
Phase 2 is the land of multiple upcoming housing development projects in the Greater Male’ area and is expected to inhabit 240,000 people upon completion. A total area of over 17,000 acres is allocated for a state-of-the-art patrol shed to be developed in Plot RD-4 (a) and land slot N4-24 (C).
Plans announced by HDC state that a car-wash facility along with the patrol shed is included in the development in the Plot RD-4 (a) while a standard garage facility is expected to be developed on the land slot N4-24 (C). As part of the modern patrol shed, both sheds will have self-service stations for refueling and air-refilling.
