Among the 138 recipients of this year’s award are 30 women and 108 men, showcasing a broad spectrum of dedicated individuals who have significantly contributed to the state over decades of service.
The National Awards Committee, mandated with vetting and selecting recipients for the National Awards, oversaw the selection of this year’s award winners. This recognition not only honors the individuals for their long-term commitment but also highlights the importance of public service and the impact these dedicated employees have on the development and progress of the Maldives.
