Maldivian Airlines has rolled out a new "throughfare" service, streamlining travel between domestic and international destinations. Passengers booking Maldivian's domestic flights to Dhaka, Bangalore, and Colombo can now seamlessly include their desired international destination on the same ticket itinerary. Likewise, travelers from these international hubs can easily book connecting domestic flights.
This integrated service aims to simplify booking processes, saving time and eliminating logistical hassles. Passengers utilizing Maldivian Airlines will enjoy up to a five percent discount and consistent baggage allowances for both international and domestic legs of their journey, enhancing flexibility and accessibility.
Looking ahead, Maldivian plans to expand this throughfare service to include Trivandrum and Cochin. With flights serving 16 domestic destinations, Maldivian Airlines continues to prioritize passenger convenience and connectivity.
