Maldivian Airlines has announced the commencement of direct flights between Addu and Kooddoo, marking a significant milestone in southern Maldives' air connectivity. Scheduled to begin on October 29, the flights will operate bi-weekly, departing from Gan International Airport to Kooddoo Airport every Tuesday and Saturday.
This initiative, supported by the Ministry of Transport, MMPRC, and the Ministry of Tourism, aims to boost tourism and facilitate travel between the southern islands. With bookings now open via Maldivian's website, mobile app, and ticketing offices, travelers can easily plan their journeys to explore the picturesque beauty of Addu and Kooddoo.
