In a significant celebration of youth development, Dhiraagu recently held the graduation ceremony for 13 apprentices who successfully completed the Dhiraagu Apprenticeship Programme 2022. The event, graced by Chief Guest Minister Ali Ihusaan, highlighted the company's commitment to fostering employability skills in Maldivian youth.
Dhiraagu's Apprenticeship Programme, a flagship Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative since 2009, has enrolled over 268 youth to date. The ceremony not only honored the achievements of the graduates but also marked the welcoming of the 14th batch, consisting of 21 apprentices.
The structured training and soft skills development offered through the programme, coupled with hands-on experience in various core business areas, pave the way for apprentices to embark on successful career paths.
