This decision, reached during the council's recent general meeting on September 6, 2023, aims to alleviate social challenges stemming from confined business operations.
The designated plots cater to various economic endeavors, including fibre work, brick laying, carpentry, warehouse building, and fisheries purposes. Ranging from 450 to 1,500 square feet, these plots offer diverse options for entrepreneurs. The leasing process involves a transparent evaluation of submitted bids, with preference given to the highest bidders.
