Dhiraagu Launches 2023 Apprenticeship Programme, Offering Unique Learning and Earning Opportunity

Dhiraagu, a pioneering force in telecommunications, has officially announced the commencement of applications for its coveted Dhiraagu Apprenticeship Programme 2023. This flagship Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, recognized as the first of its kind in the Maldives, offers an exceptional platform for youth development.
The programme's primary objective is to nurture young talent through structured educational training, instilling essential work skills, and acclimatizing them to the dynamics of a corporate environment. Participants have the unique opportunity to earn while they learn, gaining invaluable on-the-job experience and specialized training in various departments within Dhiraagu. These encompass roles in Administration, Brand and Marketing Communications, Corporate Services, Deployment Support Services, Financial Accounting, Human Resources, Network Operations, Product and Solution Development, Revenue Assurance & Business Control, and Roaming & Carrier Services.
Eligibility for this year's programme extends to Maldivians aged between 18 and 30, who have completed their A' Levels or obtained a bachelor's degree, and are not engaged in full-time employment. Applications are being accepted at the Dhiraagu Head Office in Male', as well as in the Seenu, Thinadhoo, and Laamu Operation Centres.
Since its inception in 2009, Dhiraagu's Apprenticeship Programme has been an instrumental platform for career development. To date, 247 apprentices have embarked on this transformative journey, many of whom have gone on to build thriving careers within Dhiraagu and other esteemed organizations across the Maldives.
All apprentices in the programme will benefit from specialized training conducted by in-house experts, focusing on the development of soft skills, encompassing vital areas such as time management, personal effectiveness, project planning, and presentation proficiency.
