Bank of Maldives Recognizes 64 Long-Serving Employees

In a heartfelt ceremony, Bank of Maldives has paid tribute to its longstanding employees, presenting awards to 64 staff members who have devoted 15 to 40 years to the institution. Notably, Fathimath Rasheeda, Head of Internal Audit, was specially commended for an impressive 40 years of service. Likewise, Hussain Rasheed (Head of Branches and Service Centres), Aminath Hassan (Audit Manager), and Aminath Naseer (Deputy Senior Officer), all with 35 years of service, received special recognition.
Karl Stumke, CEO and Managing Director of Bank of Maldives, expressed his gratitude, stating, "Our employees are an integral part of our success, and I would like to thank each of you for your hard work, commitment, and dedication over the years. It is an honor to celebrate you tonight."

As the largest bank and a major employer in the Maldives, Bank of Maldives boasts a workforce comprised of 99% proud Maldivians. The bank's human resources policies are in alignment with its strategic objectives, emphasizing the highest standards in staff recruitment, development, and rewards.
The Long Service Awards, a part of the bank's routine series of events, serves as a testament to the institution's commitment to recognizing and appreciating the invaluable contributions of its staff. Earlier in August, the bank held its annual Staff Awards to acknowledge the exceptional performance of employees and teams in the past year.
