Urbanco has taken a significant step towards enhancing customer service by introducing 24-hour call centre availability. Starting from October 22, 2023, customers can now reach Urbanco's hotline at 1516 any time, day or night.

This move is in line with Urbanco's ongoing efforts to provide seamless and efficient services to its valued clientele, following the earlier establishment of an urban centre this year aimed at further improving customer experience.
