Bank of Maldives has introduced significant upgrades to its online Appointment Portal, offering customers a seamless experience when booking appointments for branch and service centre visits. The portal now provides an overview of available dates and time slots for the next 10 working days, exclusively for services offered by BML and BML Islamic in the Male’ region.
Personal customers can now schedule appointments for loan application submissions and seek information about loans and financing. Business clients, on the other hand, have the option to book appointments for opening bank accounts, submitting loan and financing applications, or consulting with specialist teams regarding financing options.
