Dhiraagu in partnership with Sparkhub has announced the successful conclusion of the Lean Startup Maldives 2023 Workshop. The workshop was attended by 50 participants seeking to learn the lean methodologies behind entrepreneurial growth and the local startup ecosystem in the Maldives.
During the course of the workshop, participants gained extensive expertise and insight on how to integrate and apply lean principles to their processes and startups. The workshop also posed as a notable platform for participants to learn about their ideas via customer validation and experimentation and disseminated knowledge on the significance of iterative development, rapid prototyping, and the employment of modern technologies. Through this, attendees were able to acquire useful information on how to build prototypes quickly, expediting their startup ventures and driving innovation.
The Lean Startup Maldives proved to be a valuable experience for all participants. By working in teams, attendees were able to implement various experimentation techniques to refine their ideas and receive hands-on experience while doing so. The workshop also featured a unique activity that emphasized the importance of creating customer-oriented products and services to ensure seamless and efficient customer communications.
