Dhiraagu and MOMS Aid Team Up for 'Back to School 2023'

As part of Dhiraagu's CSR initiative to support the community, the company has partnered with MOMS Aid for the "Back to School 2023" programme. This programme aims to provide school essentials to children from disadvantaged families, contributing to their education and well-being.

The main purpose of the Back to School 2023 programme is to offer assistance to widowed mothers and single mothers who lack financial support from their extended families. This includes mothers who are disabled, and mothers caring for sick children and children with disabilities. Under this programme, school essential packs will be provided to families who are facing hardships in preparing for the new academic year.

 Dhiraagu’s contribution in particular targets children in Key Stage 3 and 4 who are identified on the MOM Aid’s care list. Since this stage is a critical phase in a child’s education, the company strives to ensure that all children at these stages are equipped with the necessary means and materials to thrive academically.
