The BML team is constituted of expert professionals such as data engineers, software developers, UI/UX designers and technical support specialists. Together, they also conducted mentorship sessions and career counselling for school leavers too. The team will also pay a formal visit to the Fuvahmulah Branch, Gan Branch, Hithadhoo Branch and BML Contact Centre in Addu, to provide feedback on system processes and identify areas for service improvements.
