This year’s Eid Al-Fitr was made extra special by Dhiraagu last Friday with the sensational #DhiraaguEidBoakibaa and #DhiraaguEidHadhiyaa. These initiatives were well received by the public with overwhelming support extended towards each activity. They also helped to revive long-established Eid traditions within the community.
The Eid breakfast took place in both Male’ and Hulhumale’ in collaboration with Male’ City Council and Urbanco respectively. In the capital, the breakfast was hosted at Artificial Beach while the breakfast took place at Synthetic Track in Hulhumale’. As for the #DhiraaguEidHadhiyaa, gift packs were distributed to the public by the Dhiraagu staff in prominent locations in the Greater Male’ region as well as across different parts of the Maldives.
Speaking about the Eid festivities, Jaishan Hameed, Assistant Manager Public Relations at Dhiraagu commented “We were so happy to see so many people join our #FitrEid1444 festivities and take part in these Eid traditions as a community.
