Hurry Up And Apply For The BML Community Fund!

Bank of Maldives (BML)’s Community Fund is currently open for applications with the chance to hand in your proposals by 23:59 hours on Saturday, 15^th April 2023. Interested applicants must submit their proposal and completed application form along with all the necessary documentation through email at community@bml.com.mv.

The Community Fund is only open for registered Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in the Maldives. CSOs can submit proposals for a wide variety of initiatives and projects under four main arcs. This includes environmental-related projects, educational and sports initiatives as well as proposals designed to benefit and empower local communities.

Out of all the proposals submitted, the BML Community Fund will select the 10 most innovative proposals and present each winning proposal with a pilot financing of MVR 50,000 to conduct and execute their ideas. The BML Community Fund was carried out last year as well with tremendous success and positive acclaim received from the public.
