The Chairman of Bahrain Telecommunications Pays A Courtesy Call To President

On Sunday, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bahrain Telecommunications Company (Beyon), Sheikh Abdulla bin Khalifa Al Khalifa paid a courtesy call to the President of the Maldives, His Excellency Ibrahim Mohamed Solih. The meeting took place at the President’s Office during the hours of yesterday.

At the meeting, the President and Sheikh Abdulla exchanged dialogues on various areas of collaboration that will further improve the digital scene of the Maldives. They also discussed the current administration’s efforts in implementing telecommunications policies in the country as well.

Before concluding the meeting, the President expressed his appreciation to the management of Beyon for their invaluable contribution to Maldives’ achievements in the telecommunication industry. The meeting concluded with both President Solih and Sheikh Abdulla reaffirming their commitment to work more closely together in the near future.
