Ooredoo Maldives To Host Annual General Meeting In March

Ooredoo Maldives has announced that the company’s Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held in March 2023. As such, the company has disclosed that the record date/book close date for the Annual General Meeting will be 16^th February 2023 at 14:00 hours.

The Ooredoo Maldives Company stated that all persons including legal entities registered as Shareholders of the Company are eligible to receive dividends for the preceding year 2022. The announcement also invited shareholders to attend the Annual General of the Company and vote in person or by proxy.
