Bank of Maldives Donates Educational Tools To SEN Classes of 10 Schools

Bank of Maldives (BML) has donated educational tools to 10 schools across the country to improve the learning experience of Special Education Needs (SEN) classrooms. The donations fall under the BML’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy and aim to better equip and support persons with disabilities.

With this donation, over 260 students with disabilities will be benefited from the educational tools. The tools will help them develop their individual abilities and overall impose a positive impact on their learning and development in an inclusive environment suited to their needs. The 10 schools the donations were made to by the bank are:

5.GA. Education Centre, GA. Villingili
6.Thaa Atoll Education Centre, TH, Thimarafushi
7.Hanimaadhoo School, HDh, Hanimaadhoo
8.Haa Dhaalu Atoll School, HDh, Vaikaradhoo
9.Noonu Atoll Education Centre, N. Velidhoo
10.Nolhivaranfaru School, HDh, Nolhivaranfaru

Over the previous three years, BML has facilitated donations of educational tools to over 30 schools in different parts of the country, widening its reach in supporting Special Education Needs classes and students.
