Calling for interested parties for the development and operation of a daycare center in Hulhumale’ City
Housing Development Corporation Limited (HDC) is a state owned company undertaking and managing the overall planning and building of the Maldives’ biggest and most ambitious urban development project; the city of Hulhumale’. As a part of this responsibility, HDC is seeking interested parties for the development and operation of a Daycare Center in Hulhumale’ City.
The idea behind this project is to cater to the increase in demand for an environment to nurture and entertain children. It will allow parents with busy daily routines to seek quality care and comfort in a safe environment for their children.
The Daycare Center is set to be located at the city’s Lot #10949 (N3-44) which is a land measuring up to 2941.67 square feet. HDC will be leasing this plot of land for a period of 25 years for the winning proposer.
Keep in mind that, proposals can only be submitted physically. In this regard, proponents are instructed to personally attend for proposal submission on 23rd December 2020, between 1pm and 2pm. Proponents are further instructed to adhere guidelines set by HDC in submission of the proposals.
