MNDF Opens Applications For Courses In The United States

 Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF) has announced that they have opened applications for interested candidates to partake in the ‘United States Airforce Academy’ courses. The application is open to the general public and all candidates eligible for the courses can apply. Once the program is completed, applicants will be awarded with a Bachelor’s Degree and commissioned as an officer in MNDF.

Set to commence in July of 2023, the designated criteria for application include having completed A Level or a qualification equivalent to A level or above, single marital status and being under the age of 23 years before July 1^st 2023. Moreover, applicants must be mentally and physically fit to take part in the course.

Apart from this, the criteria also state that applicants must have taken a Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) or American College Testing (ACT) and the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) before applying. However, applicants are given the flexibility to apply and complete these tests as well.

Partakers in the course can pursue a number of fields under the program such as Aeronautical Engineering, Astronautical Engineering, Computer Science, Military Strategic Studies, Mechanical Engineering, Cyber Science, Biology, Legal Studies, Mathematics, Management, Operations Research, Philosophy, System Engineering and Meteorology.
