Ooredoo Club Premier Lounge Re-Opens With Better & Improved Services!

On Thursday, Ooredoo Maldives unveiled their new and updated Ooredoo Club Premier Lounge, a service center specially designed for its beloved premium customers. Since the establishment of the lounge, Ooredoo has continued to improve the program with peaks such as additional incentives and support platforms to cater for the clients. Now the revamped lounge aims to provide first class comfort to its dedicated customers along with offering more individualized services that promises an enhanced customer experience with Ooredoo.

Since the company has embarked on a digital transformation journey, the new lounge will feature smart access services with the upgraded Club Premier membership cards. While relaxing at a pleasant ambience, take advantage of the convenient option to subscribe to Ooredoo services by filling in digital forms. Furthermore, the lounge will cater for exceedingly personalized services whilst still providing all the services that can be taken up from any of the Ooredoo Experience Centers.

Speaking on the occasion, Minister of Environment, Climate Change and Technology, Ms. Aminath Shauna extended her felicitations to the company on the opening of their improved lounge and remarked that the diverse range of services and relaxing atmosphere of the place will greatly appeal to customer experience. Moreover, she added that the newly introduced tagline “Upgrade Your World” very much matches the company’s efforts to continuously enhance their technologies, innovative services and experiences that customers are entitled with this brand.
