Dhiraagu Collabs with MBBA to Become the Maldives PRO 2022 IBC World Tour's Digital Partner

Dhiraagu has agreed to serve as the digital partner for the Maldives PRO 2022 IBC World Tour, which is being organized by the International Bodyboarding Corporation and the Maldives Bodyboarding Association (MBBA) (IBC).
 
Top athletes in the sport can earn points in their respective divisions during the IBC World Tour, a series of events held in various nations where they can compete for a world championship title. The IBC World Tour for this year will take place in 11 nations, including the Maldives, and will crown champions in six divisions. The Maldives PRO 2022 will mark the debut of an IBC World Tour competition in Asia.
 
“We are delighted to be the digital partner for the Maldives PRO 2022 IBC World Tour and support this historic event. Bodyboarding in the Maldives is a rapidly up-and-coming sport, and we are proud to support the MBBA and IBC in bringing this event to the public,” Sharing his enthusiasm over the course is Mr Ali Riyaz, Chief Commercial Officer at Dhiraagu.
 
“We would like to thank Dhiraagu for their constant support and participation in contributing towards the development of bodyboarding in the Maldives,” highlighted the MBBA President, Mr Abdulla Areef. “This tournament will provide a unique interactive opportunity for local bodyboarders to meet with the larger, international bodyboarding community and establish the Maldives as a new destination for bodyboarding.” He concludes.
 
From July 29 to August 7, 2022, the Maldivian leg of the competition will be held at the "Varunulaa Raalhugandu" area, with competitions from four of the six divisions. Dhiraagu is committed to supporting occasions like this that build up the local sports and recreation communities and present them with novel and exciting opportunities.
