Want to Purchase Vinares Flats? Applications are Now Accepted Via HDC’s Online Portal

Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has opened opportunities for purchase of Vinares Flats built in Hulhumale’ Phase 2. The corporation made the announcement on July 17^th, stating that online applications will now be accepted via the portal https://my.hdc.com.mv under ‘Housing’.
 
Interested applicants can login through this portal with their EFaas login for easy convenience as well. HDC further detailed that the applicants will be chosen under a points system. All details related on how the point systems are determined are mentioned in their website.
 
The Vinares housing project is a mid-range social housing project with 1,344 housing units spread across 10 towers. The Vinares housing units are all three-bedroom apartments. The project is expected to be completed by August, according to HDC.
