Calling all Fresh Graduates - BML Has Opened Their Internship Program!

For recent graduates and students, the BML Graduate Internship Program is a great way to get valuable work experience at one of the top businesses in the nation. While receiving their on-the-job training, interns will have the chance to earn money. Interns who complete the program successfully will acquire a level of competence that will be very useful for their careers.
 
If you are a Maldivian national, over the age of 18, studying towards a Diploma or higher or already possess a Diploma or a certificate higher than that with a work experience less than a year, you are eligible and perfect for this internship!
 
The program will be conducted for a duration of one year. All interns will be assigned with a Line Manager and a mentor where you can experience hand-on guidance by experts. Moreover, expect a key performance objective at the very beginning and trainings by The Bank’s Learning and Development Department.
 
At the conclusion of the program year, interns who have demonstrated "Good" performance, attendance, and adherence to Bank policies and procedures will receive their diplomas. A certificate of completion will be given to these interns.
 
Through this internship, you will be allocated an allowance of MVR 6k monthly, along with bonuses such as Ramadan bonus, 15 days annual paid leave and 10 days leave for medical and family emergencies annually.
