Allied insurance – one of the country’s largest financial institutes and one of the most prominent insurance brands contributing to the growth and development of Maldives – has recently made headlines for their grand gesture in extending support to four different schools digitalization efforts.
The insurance company made the donation of smart educational equipment’s to Jamaaluddin School, I’zzudhdheen School, Huravee School and Faafu Atoll School, under their ‘Premium for Good’ corporate social responsibility initiative.
The ‘Premium for Good’ CSR initiative was developed by Allied aimed at achieving UN’s 2030 sustainable development global goals, mainly, quality education and gender equality.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony the General Manager of Allied Insurance, Ibrahim Firushan expressed the company’s future plans to broaden their portfolio of schools across the country that they extend support to. Furthermore, the GM also highlighted the importance of modifying the educational facilities with the demand in the growing modern technological era.
