VP Faisal Lays Cornerstone For HDC Project In Picnic Island

For the citizens of Greater Male’ Area, the picnic island that is being built, K.Kudagiri Island, was visited by Vice President, Faisal Naseem, Managing Director of Housing Development Corporation and other officials for a cornerstone laying ceremony that was held on May 25^th.
 
The inauguration was laid on the building site where day rooms, nursing rooms, five multi party huts, fifteen single party huts, female and male restrooms as well as a special needs restroom will be built under the project by HDC in the picnic island. Moreover, VP Faisal also toured other areas of the island.
 
The development of a public picnic island is in high demand by the citizens across Greater Male’ Area, and with this picnic island in place it would solve quite a lot of complaints. The island is located 20 minutes speedboat ride away from Male’ City.
