Enjoy Digital Wallet Now Available On BML Application!

The Bank of Maldives has launched the BML Pay wallet on its Mobile Banking app. The banking app now supports contactless payments and wallet-to-wallet transfers as part of the upgrade. Customers can now make payments through the BML Banking app utilizing Scan to Pay for a faster and more secure payment experience, or send money to friends and family using only their mobile phone.
 
“Last year, we introduced our Mobile Banking App with a new look and extra features to provide customers secure and seamless banking experience.” Expressing his enthusiasm over the course in the CEO & Managing Director of BML, Tim Sawyer. “Today we have integrated our digital wallet and payment functions to the mobile app enabling customers to bank and pay through a single app. Customers can Scan to Pay or, if they use an NFC-enabled phone, Tap to Pay directly from the App at merchants across the country.”

In 2015, Bank of Maldives launched the Maldives' first mobile banking app, allowing clients to bank effortlessly from anywhere and at any time. Over 90% of the bank's customers now use internet banking.
