VP Faisal Inspires Participants At The National HR Convention & Expo 2022

Vice President Faisal Naseem highlighted on May 21^st that the best investment an organization could make is in human capital development. He made the comments at the start of the second National Human Resource Convention and EXPO 2022. First Lady Fazna Ahmed accompanied the Vice President to the ceremony.
 
VP Faisal stated at the event that the pandemic had taught invaluable lessons and challenged every aspect of how we work. In highlighting the gradual recovery from the pandemic, VP stated that innovative discussions on best practices in human resources and skill development are more important now than ever.
 
Furthermore, VP Faisal emphasized that the pandemic had taught us that we could use technology to complete routine tasks and that not every employee needed to be seated at a desk in order to improve productivity. He also stated that the pandemic had taught us that employees' mental health and well-being are just as important as their physical safety, and that we must learn from the pandemic as we navigate our return to normalcy.
 
In this regard, the Vice President urged all participants to take action to ensure a safe and conducive environment for their employees, stating that they were all in well-positioned positions to guide the workforce and help them reach their full potential, ensuring not only the organization's but also the nation's success.
