MTCC Annual General Meeting 2021 – PreRegister Now!

Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has opened up applications to part-take in their Annual General Meeting 2021 which is said to be held in Kurumba Maldives.
 
All shareholders are invited by the company to the grand event set to take place on May 19th, 2022 through Maldives Securities Depository (MSD) FahiVote. FahiVote is a web application operated by MSD providing general meeting management solutions for Companies.
 
This enables companies to pre-register shareholders as well as register proxies to the AGM through Infinty.mv, an online platform of MSD providing services to depository account holders in the securities market. 
 
The Pre-Registration Deadline as given by MTCC is May 17^th, 2022 – 8:30pm. Hence all shareholders are requested to join in before this given date. For more information please visit HERE.
