BML Does It Again As New BBQ Area In Kaashidhoo Opens

The BML Community Fund is a program that empowers people and non-profit organizations to have a positive impact in their communities through long-term projects. Through this Fund, the Bank has provided financial assistance to 65 projects around the country as of today.

The Bank of Maldives has announced the completion of a barbecue area in K. Kaashidhoo as part of its latest development via the Community Fund, which aims to enable individuals to contribute to society through long-term community initiatives.

The project's goal is to establish a space where people can strengthen their bonds and come together as a community. Barbecue grills, tables, seats, and benches are available in the neighborhood. There is also a 'fini maizaan,' a relaxing area intended specifically for senior persons.

“Our hope is that the space is useful for our community and those visiting the island.” Mohamed Visaah, the project's winner, said. “My sincere gratitude and thanks to Kaashidhoo Club Flyers and those who assisted in completing the project successfully.”
