MTCC's Step Towards Reintegrating Clients Back in to the Society with NDAM

Maldives Transport and Contracting Company has today signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the National Drug Agency to facilitate job opportunities for those willing and ready for community reintegration.

This CSR initiative of MTCC was taken up by CEO of MTCC Adam Azim and CEO of NDAM Maryam Khalid in a special ceremony held at the Ministry of Health. The aim of this 3-year understanding is to incorporate apprenticeship program opportunities at MTCC for those taking part in the 'Reintegration and After Care' program carried out by NDAM.

All candidates fitting to the requirements of the apprenticeship program will be selected from a shortlist provided by NDAM. A thorough report of the selected participants' behavior and performance will be provided once a month by MTCC in exchange.

This humbling initiative is one of many such CDR initiatives taken up in various fields by MTCC.
