Maldives Immigration Working Hours for the Month of Ramadan 2022

During the holy month of Ramadan, the Maldives Immigration office will be working at different hours from their normal hours. Different services are shown to have different timings.
 
For Dhivehi Passport, applications are accepted from 9 am to 5 pm through the IMUGA online portal, to collect, you will have to go to the 1st floor at Velaanage in person between 09:15 am and 12:00 pm after taking a token.
 
Appointment time will be shared via an SMS, and it can be viewed by login into the IMUGA portal, once the passport is ready for collection. A QueueBee token should be taken within the appointment time to collect the passport. If you miss the appointment time, you can also visit us on another day. But remember to take a passport collection token via QueueBee from 09:15 am to 12:00 pm on any working day.

For Visa Services, applications are accepted from 9 am to 5 pm through the IMUGA online portal as well as the Xpat Online System. One can submit passports for a work VISA on an appointment basis from 09:05 am to 10:45 pm, appointment time for Work Visa applications will be specified online via Xpat Online System, and collection is from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm, on an appointment basis.
 
Any other VISAs will be issued from 09:05 am to 12:15 pm, on an appointment basis. The appointment time for other visas will be shared via an SMS, also it can be viewed by login into the IMUGA portal.
 
For the services of the Expatriate Monitoring and Repatriation Division, token issuing, interviewing, and serving the expats willing to depart under the “Voluntary Reintegration” program will do so from 09:00 am to 10:30 am.
 
Collecting the “Clearance Departure” (IM07) forms are from 09:00 am to 10:30 am. Issuing of these forms after approval will be from 12:00 pm onwards.
 
And lastly, service hours for Male Seaport are from 09:00 am to 1:00 pm.
