Umrah Pilgrims to be Fully Vaccinated, and then Some

As the day nears and those who are fortunate enough to have enough wealth to go on the Umrah Pilgrimage make plans, they must now account for another factor into their plans.

Aside from the 2 mandatory doses of vaccine, if it has been 6 months from the second dose and there are more than 2 weeks before the date of departure, they are now recommended to get the Booster Dose, by the Health Protection Agency of Maldives.

This is for the safety of themselves and those around them. This is very important because people from all over the globe will condense to the same location for this day.

Vaccinations centers in the Greater Male Region and their timings during Ramadan are as follows;

• Dharumavantha Hospital (IGMH): 2100-2300 hrs
• Hulhumale' Hospital: 2100-2300 hrs
